Finished New Screen Build and Ready to Enjoy

This week we wrapped up another new screen enclosure build, and it is always satisfying to see the final result come together.

From the outside, a finished screen patio looks simple. Clean lines, tight screen, and a clear view of the backyard. But behind the scenes, there is a lot that goes into getting it right. Proper layout, solid anchoring into the concrete, and making sure the structure is square and secure from day one.

For this project, the homeowner wanted a strong, clean looking enclosure that would last for years. We installed a single story structure with a picture view section facing the backyard to maximize visibility. A structural gutter was tied into the home to handle water runoff, and everything was anchored according to current Florida Building Code requirements.

One of the best parts of finishing a new build is seeing how the space changes. What used to be an open patio becomes a comfortable outdoor room where the family can relax without worrying about bugs, leaves, or debris in the pool.
