From Demo to Done: Another New Screen Enclosure Transformation
This week's project is a great example of what goes into building a new screen enclosure from the ground up.
The photos tell the whole story—from the original open pool area through demolition, site preparation, footer work, aluminum framing, screening, and finally the completed enclosure.
A quality screen enclosure doesn't start when the first piece of aluminum goes up. Proper preparation is just as important as the finished structure. The footer, base preparation, layout, structural connections, and engineering all work together to create an enclosure designed for South Florida conditions.
Once the foundation was ready, the aluminum structure began taking shape. Watching the project progress from individual posts and beams into a complete enclosure is one of our favorite parts of a new build.
Then comes the transformation. Once the screening is installed, the entire backyard changes. The homeowners now have a protected outdoor living area that helps keep out mosquitoes, leaves, insects, and debris while still maintaining an open view of the pool and landscaping.
This project is also a reminder that what you see at the end is only part of the job. What's underneath and how it's built matters. Our goal is to build every enclosure with quality materials, proper structural preparation, and attention to detail from demolition through completion.
From demo to done—we build outdoor spaces made for Florida living.
