Tear Down Complete – A Beautiful New Build Coming Soon

This week we completed the removal of an older screen enclosure that had reached the end of its useful life. While many homeowners focus on the finished product, every great new build starts with proper preparation.

The existing enclosure had served the home well for many years, but age, corrosion, and wear had taken their toll. Rather than continuing to invest in repairs, the homeowner chose to start fresh with a brand-new screen enclosure designed to current Florida Building Code standards.

Our crew carefully dismantled the structure, removed all aluminum framing and screen, and prepared the site for the next phase of construction. Proper removal is important because it helps protect the home, patio, and surrounding areas while creating a clean foundation for the new installation.

Now the exciting part begins. In the coming weeks, this backyard will be transformed with a brand-new screen enclosure featuring updated materials, improved engineering, and a fresh modern appearance. We are looking forward to sharing the progress as the project moves from demolition to completion.
