I was born and raised in Palm Beach County. This is home to me. I grew up here, went to school here, and built my career here. That local background plays a big role in how I run At Home Service and how I approach every project.
When you hire me, you are not hiring someone who just works in the area. You are hiring someone who understands the neighborhoods, the building requirements, and the expectations of local homeowners because I live it every day.
Local Experience Makes a Real Difference
Palm Beach County is not the same everywhere. Wellington, Loxahatchee, Palm Beach Gardens, and Boca Raton all have different rules, different permitting processes, and different challenges.
Because I work locally, I already understand:
How each municipality handles permits and inspections
What HOA and POA boards expect to see
Wind-load requirements for different zones
Soil conditions that affect footers and foundations
Drainage and gutter concerns specific to each area
These details matter, and they can save time, money, and frustration when a project is planned correctly from the start.
Built for South Florida Conditions
Living in South Florida means your screen enclosure needs to handle more than just normal wear and tear. Between heavy rain, high humidity, strong sun, and seasonal storms, the materials and installation methods have to be right.
I build and repair screen enclosures with these conditions in mind by focusing on:
Proper anchoring and fastening
Materials that resist corrosion
Screen mesh that fits how the space is actually used
Structural components that hold up over time
My goal is always the same. I want the enclosure to look good on day one and still perform years down the road.
A Reputation Built Right Here
Most of my work comes from referrals. Neighbors see my work. Homeowners talk to each other. That kind of reputation only happens when you do what you say you are going to do.
I take pride in:
Showing up when I say I will
Communicating clearly throughout the job
Keeping the job site clean and professional
Standing behind my work
When you live and work in the same community, your name matters. I take that seriously.
Familiar with HOA and Neighborhood Standards
Many communities in Palm Beach County have specific requirements for screen enclosures. That can include aluminum color, screen type, door sizes, gutter profiles, and overall appearance.
Because I deal with these standards regularly, I can help avoid unnecessary delays and make sure everything lines up with what your HOA or POA requires before work begins.
Community First, Always
At the end of the day, I am building for my neighbors. Whether it is a small screen repair or a full enclosure installation, I treat every project with the same level of care and attention.
If you are looking for a contractor who understands Palm Beach County homes and stands behind their work, I would be glad to help.
