One of the first questions homeowners ask is about price. I get it. Everyone wants to stay within a budget. But after doing this work for years in South Florida, I can tell you that price alone is a poor way to choose a contractor.

That kind of planning only comes from doing the work over and over again.

My job is to explain the options clearly and let the homeowner decide with honest information. I would rather lose a job than recommend something I would not do on my own home.
